We live in a world, where race and ethnicity are pillars of human kind. As educators to young children, we strive every day to bring these topics to the forefront establishing trust and empathy in our children to have conversations about race. In our session, we will introduce you to Literature Groups, a model of facilitating small group conversations about books with children that has been practiced at University Child Development School for many years.
